This is a large provincial park with several campground loops. We stayed in the Boosey Creek Campground, which offers sites without hookups but have a nice feel to them because they are more “in the woods” than many parks offer.
Riding through the park on our bikes, we found many of the campground loops offer nice spots. The “premium” sites are close to the water.
If you get a chance, take the footbridge from the campgrounds to the beach on Lake Erie for a nice stroll.
They had a friendly staff and the park seemed clean and well-maintained.
The campground had water available for RVs in the park and although they only have a single unit at their dump station, it also was well-maintained.
The Point Pelee National Park is only about 30 minutes away and since they don’t allow camping there, this is a good alternative.
